A wonderful evening of massage, sound healing, somatic movement and Reiki hosted in Bramhall.

Join us for a very special evening of complete blissful relaxation and healing. Summer can be a crazy busy time with holidays, kids off or taking care of grand children. You are pulled in a million different directions and something has to give at some point.
Let us GIVE you the relaxation you need.
- This evening will begin with a gentle movement and breath practice to connect you to your body.
- You will then enjoy a magical sound bath whilst receiving a soft head or hand massage.
- The sound will rock you into a deep relaxation where you will be given Reiki healing
- Finally you will be brought back round from your slumber with peaceful breath connection, affirmations and music.
We will finish the evening with a gorgeous herbal tea and sweet treat.
