A wonderful evening of sound healing, somatic movement and Reiki hosted in Hayfield.

Join us for a very special evening of complete blissful relaxation and healing. Surrounded by friendly people, positive energy and beautiful sound you will find a space for your mind and body to switch off and turn inwards.
Let us GIVE you the relaxation you need.
- This evening will begin with a gentle movement and breath practice to connect you to your body
- You will then enjoy a magical sound bath
- The sound will rock you into a deep relaxation where you will be given Reiki healing
- Finally you will be brought back round from your slumber with peaceful breath connection, affirmations and music
We will finish the evening with a gorgeous herbal tea and sweet treat.

Your Hosts
Myself (Helen) a yoga practitioner of over 10 years, women's health specialist and experienced massage therapist. Tracy our sound healer and Reiki Master with years of experience.
Location
We will be based in the beautiful Hayfield Village hall, parking is available at the Sett Valley car park which is a 2 minute walk from the hall.
