This course is a guide on how to track your cycle, work with your cyclical super powers and use yoga to support your bodies natural functions through Menstruation to Menopause.

We will be taking a deep dive into Menstrual health and what an 'Average' Cycle looks like. We will reflect on the inner seasons and what they means both physically and mentally. There will be lots to discuss and share.

  • Week Two  - Spring has sprung, your follicular phase day 6-15, let's explore your wild side. How to harness this energy for work & exercise.
  • Week Three - Ovulation and the summer vibes, days 16- 21, how to be present in your power (and fertility if you wish). How this phase can impact your mental clarity.
  • Week Four - Days 22nd and into Autumn we go, how to calm the inner critic, your secret super powers in your Luteal Phase.
