Deep beneath the winter earth, something is beginning to stir. Lets come into circle and begin together.
🌱 Season: Late Winter / Imbolc
🌘 Moon Phase: Waning Crescent — Release, Rest & Renewal
🔥 Element: Fire & Earth
January can feel like a time when the world is telling us to rush forward — to make plans, set goals, change ourselves and begin again. But nature is still in winter. The ground is still resting. The days are only slowly beginning to lengthen.
And yet, if we pay attention, there are tiny signs of something shifting.
This Circle of Women falls at the threshold of Imbolc, the ancient seasonal festival marking the first stirrings of spring and the gradual return of the light.
It is a beautiful moment to pause between what has been and what is yet to come.
With the waning moon above us, we will make space to release what we no longer wish to carry forward, while beginning to notice the smallest sparks of what wants to emerge next.
Not big resolutions.
Not plans to reinvent ourselves.
Not pressure to bloom before we are ready.
Just the first stirring.
During our time together we will explore this threshold through gentle somatic movement, meditation, journalling, seasonal ritual and connection.
We will ask:
What am I ready to leave behind in the winter darkness?
What is beginning to stir beneath the surface?
What small spark wants my attention?
Together we will enjoy:
🌱 Gentle somatic movement to slowly awaken and reconnect with the body
🌘 A releasing practice inspired by the waning moon
🕯️ An Imbolc-inspired candle ritual, honouring the returning light and tending the spark within
🌱 Journalling and reflection around what you are ready to release and what you would like to begin nurturing
🧘♀️ Meditation and stillness, giving you space to listen to what is emerging beneath the noise
☕ Herbal tea and time in circle, connecting with other women without expectation or judgement
You do not need any experience with yoga, meditation or women’s circles to attend. Simply come exactly as you are.
This circle is for any woman who feels the pull to live a little more slowly, seasonally and intuitively — to step away from the pressure of January and instead listen to the quieter wisdom of her body and the natural world.
You will leave feeling grounded, lighter and gently connected to the possibility of the season ahead.
There is no need to bloom yet.
For now, we simply tend the spark and notice what is beginning to stir.
I would love to welcome you into the circle.
