#Beltane has roots dating back thousands of years, when communities would come together to light bonfires, dance around Maypoles, and perform rites to promote the fertile power of the land. It was a time of joy and renewal, where people would cleanse themselves in the smoke of the bonfires for protection and good fortune.

As the wheel of the year turns, Beltane continues to be celebrated by modern pagans and Wiccans as a time of embracing the vibrant energy of spring, honouring the balance of masculine and feminine energies, and connecting with the earth's life-giving forces.

This weekend is about reclaiming your intuition, your goddess power; its about moving beyond shame and residence to the magic within.

We will fully embrace all the magical modalities that can bring us closer to our inner landscapes, our seat of intuition.

Somatic yoga will be paired with in-depth crystal healing. A sound journey will be followed with a powerful Nidra to cast you back into your former witch. There will be womb space healing sessions and womb space wrapping to help you release the shame and barriers that hold you back. We will be venturing into nature, creating talismans, practising candle magic and more.

Not forgetting deep nourishing restorative practises to keep us safe, secure and held throughout the whole weekend.

Too long have we held ourselves back, felt shame and blocks around our own intuition. This weekend is a release of all the old ideas and boundaries, we are ready to embrace a new chapter in the Witch era, where all women embrace our magic.

It can seem like you should be spending half your wage on supplements. Everyone has a suggestion, a MUST take.

But supplements are personal, they should depend on life lifestyle, age, health and your specific needs. 

I'm currently trying creatine and collagen) after much research) for my increase in strength training etc. I also take magnesium for my sleep and migraines. But you might be different. 

Always seek advice from professionals and go for a good brand. I like @nutritiongeeks for quality and affordability!
