I have been asked why I don't do before and after I have been asked why I don't do before and after photos for my clients.

Truthfully, I would if somebody really wanted to have photo evidence of how their body is changing.

However, I don't do this as standard. As for most women who come to see me, their body isn't top of the list.

I get asked to help women get their mojo back.
I get asked to help women feel strong and safe.
I get asked to help women recover from injury, pregnancy and chronic illness.
I get asked to help women improve their lifestyle.

Our bodies can often be the least interesting thing about us.

So here is me with some beautiful flowers my amazing client gave me, to say thank you for believing in her so that she could believe in herself 😭😭😭

The more I train with women the more it becomes ap The more I train with women the more it becomes apparent that we are different!

Its not about who is the best, who is the strongest etc its more about how we can live, train and be well in our bodies. There are obviously exceptions to everything but some general rules often do apply. If we train as women instead of following the old ways men have designed for us we can achieve much more.

Whats the most interesting thing you have discovered that works for you as a woman?
PMDD, or premenstrual dysphoric disorder, is a con PMDD, or premenstrual dysphoric disorder, is a condition that affects many women during their menstrual cycle. Symptoms can range from mood swings, irritability, anxiety, and fatigue to physical symptoms like bloating, headaches, and breast tenderness. It can be incredibly challenging to navigate through each month, but there are natural ways to find relief and support your body.

One important aspect of managing PMDD naturally is through diet and lifestyle changes. Incorporating a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins can help balance hormones and reduce symptoms. Avoiding caffeine, alcohol, and sugary foods can also make a difference in how you feel during your cycle. Regular exercise, mindfulness practices like yoga or meditation, and getting enough sleep are also key in supporting your mental and physical well-being.

Herbal remedies can also offer relief for PMDD symptoms. Herbs like chasteberry, evening primrose oil, and turmeric have been found to help regulate hormones and reduce mood swings. It's always best to consult with a healthcare provider or herbalist before adding any new supplements to your routine to ensure they are safe and effective for you.

Managing stress is another crucial aspect of managing PMDD symptoms naturally. Finding ways to relax and unwind, whether it's through reading a book, taking a bath, or spending time outdoors, can help alleviate anxiety and irritability. Therapy, support groups, or talking to loved ones can also provide emotional support during difficult times.

Remember, it's essential to listen to your body and give yourself grace during this time. Each person's experience with PMDD is different, so finding what works best for you may take time and patience. Don't hesitate to seek professional help if you feel overwhelmed or your symptoms are interfering with your daily life. You are not alone, and there is support available to help you manage PMDD and find relief naturally.

I'm here for the fun! I am silly, playful, joyful I'm here for the fun!

I am silly, playful, joyful and a little bit 'too much' sometimes and I am OK with that. I have serious practices with my meditation and breath connection. I have my 'locked in' mentality when I want to lift heavy.

But for the most part I just want to have fun because we just dont get enough time to prat about!

Theres looks 'maxing', training to be the 'best ve Theres looks 'maxing', training to be the 'best version of yourself' and Im over here just trying to give myself some time.

Training whether it be in the gym, yoga studio or outdoors is mostly about me coming back to myself. Clearing my head, feeling strong and secure in my own body - so that I can carry on the rest of my life from a grounded place.

Why do you train?
