I'm not here to push you through punishing workouts or demand you ‘bounce back.’ I’m here to support you — in your unique body, at your unique stage of life.
As a qualified personal trainer with a deep background in women’s health, somatic movement, and cyclical well-being, I offer a different kind of fitness. One that listens. One that evolves with you. One that puts strength, mobility, and nervous system balance at the heart of how you move.
Movement That Meets You Where You Are
Whether you’re navigating the menstrual years, perimenopause, menopause, or beyond, your body’s needs are not the same every day — or every decade. Together, we work with those rhythms rather than against them. Some days it’s lifting heavy and owning your power. Other days, it’s mobility work, breath-led movement, and deep restoration.
The Wild Body Method is my integrated approach to women’s wellness, bringing together personal training, yoga, somatics, meditation, and breathwork to support your whole self — body, mind, and nervous system.
This method recognises that women need something different from traditional fitness or fast-paced yoga classes. We need a way of moving that honours our hormones, our stress levels, our seasons of life, our lived experiences, and the realities of real bodies.

Simple, accessible techniques to calm the mind, build resilience, and support hormonal, emotional, and nervous system health — especially helpful for stress, overwhelm, peri/menopause, and busy modern life.
Women’s Wellness Education
