My wellbeing retreats are about more than just stepping away from the daily grind—they're an opportunity for deep, authentic healing and transformation. With over a decade of experience, I provide a safe, nurturing environment where every participant can reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. My extensive training spans multiple healing modalities, allowing me to guide you through a holistic experience that goes beyond the physical practice of yoga.

I don’t just focus on Asana; I weave the richness of yoga’s full philosophy into everything I teach. Each session is carefully crafted to restore balance to the body, mind, and spirit, guided by the roots of this ancient tradition. My intention is always to offer an experience that respects the integrity of yoga and goes far beyond the physical postures.

My retreats are designed to be accessible to all. I’m deeply committed to inclusivity, drawing on my training to ensure that every space I hold is welcoming and accommodating to all, regardless of background or ability. I approach my work as a healer as well as a yoga teacher, weaving in therapeutic practices and insights that nurture deep personal transformation. This retreat is more than just an escape—it’s an opportunity to embark on a journey toward healing and wholeness, supported with care and compassion every step of the way.

Where and When?

I offer weekend and day retreat throughout the year based often in the Peak District and North Wales. All my events are listed on my Workshops and Events page

They range from full days to whole weekends and vary in price. Most are women centrick however I do team up with other practitioners to offer mixed gender weekends too.
